Caption: HFP111504-11/15/57-WETHERSFIELD, CONN.: "That is some of them now" said Warden Mark Richmond of the Connecticut State Prison in Wethersfield as he gestured over his shoulder at shouting coming from the West wing of the prison during a press conference, 11/15. This was the first indication to the outside world of the disturbance at the prison, termed "passive resistance" which developed when 500 inmates refused to leave their cells for lunch. It is believed that they blame poor medical service at the prison for the death of an inmate. UNITED PRESS TELEPHOTO fl
