DescriptionHigh Victorian Gothic government building has towers and a central dome topped by a statue of a winged female figure. The windows have pointed arches. A large porte-cochere is at the left and a porch is at the right. The roofline is broken by dormer windows, turrets, crockets, and finials. Flagpoles are on the roof. A grassy lawn and a curving driveway with prominent curbstones are in the foreground. Lamp posts line the drive. The trees of Bushnell Park are in the background.
