Context note: The wedding of Hannah Cheney to Byard Williams took place at Mary Pierson Cheney (Mrs. Horace Bushnell Cheney)'s home on Forest Street in Manchester, Connecticut. Hannah was the youngest child of Mary Pierson and Horace Bushnell Cheney, Sr. Her father died in an automobile accident in 1936.
