DescriptionBorn digital photograph of an ice cream truck on Wilson Street in Hartford, Connecticut during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Ice cream trucks continued to sell in Hartford during the pandemic. After this truck stopped, three children bought ice cream and there was no hand sanitizer used by the kids between the cash purchase and when they unwrapped their ice cream. This occurred at a time when hand sanitizer use was highly recommended when in public.
