While maintaining physical distancing, Seth Max and Anthony Cherolis stripped useful parts off of bicycles that were non-repairable and put them on the curb for scrap metal pickup. Scrap metal pickup and recycling is a way some Hartford residents gain additional income. There is one car in the parking lot behind Max, which is across the street from BiCi Co.'s location at 97 Park Street.
