DescriptionA Chatillon's Improved Spring Balance (scale) used at Wing Lee Laundry in Bridgeport, Connecticut. It can weigh up to 100 pounds. The top has an O-ring, so the balance can be hung. The bottom has an S-ring, where clothing and laundry bags can be hung.
