DescriptionPortrait of Jane Elizabeth Bull, later Jane Elizabeth Bull Gilman, as a young woman, her head turned slightly to the right. She has brown eyes and brown hair parted in the middle and drawn back over her ears to knot in back. She is wearing a red dress and a white collar edged with lace. There is a bow at the v of the neckline. Over the dress, she is wearing a brown coat with a blue-gray collar.
