DescriptionDesigns for a Roman Catholic church rectory include a basement plan, a first floor plan, a north side elevation, a south side elevation, interior elevations, a rear elevation and a section through the main stair hall. Included are plans for a boiler room, coal room, preserve cellar, storage cellar, cold cellar, laundry, stair hall, dining room, reception room, kitchen, pantry, closets, maid's sitting room, general sitting room, pastor's study, and verandas. Materials include leaded art glass in windows, a tile roof with copper flashing, and stucco dormers.
