DescriptionHalf-length portraits of two young girls wearing dresses with low necklines, timmed with ribbon and lace. Each girl has one arm around the other's neck. The girl on the right holds a small American flag. She wears a bow around her neck with bands of stars on a blue background. The girl on the left wears a rosette made of red, white, and blue ribbons with a star in the center pinned to the front of her dress.
