DescriptionMottled gray/cream/tan wool flannel baseball uniform with decorative red and black tape. On the shirt of the uniform, the tape is stitched around the neck and down both sides of the center front opening, across the shoulder seam and around sleeve openings; this tape also is stitched down the side seams of the knickers. Six mother of pearl buttons are on the shirt, which is short-sleeved. Worked eyelets under the arms provide ventilation. The knickers are elasticized around the leg openings and are below-knee length. They have a button fly and one back pocket. The waist has no waistband, but six belt loops of varying widths. The waist and fly are lined with white twill-woven cotton fabric.
