DescriptionSlide depicting three people dressed as clowns on the sidewalk of Trumbull Street in Hartford. One of the clowns is juggling and another one has a balloon with "SIDEWALK" printed on it. A man on a bicycle is on the left. In the background across the street is the Steiger Building on the left and the at the right is the brownstone Charter Oak Bank building. Taken during a Thursday is a Work of Art event.
