DescriptionA service badge awarded to Colonel Michael J. Wise, Assistant Quartermaster General, State of Connecticut for 10 years of service to the Connecticut National Guard. There is a red ribbon attached to the pin above the medal. It has a small eagle with a bar at its feet that is inscribed "10 YEARS." Connected to the eagle is the badge that is inscribed "FAITHFUL SERVICE/ C. N. G." At the center are three relief images of plants with bunches of grapes growing on them. The reverse has the engraving to Michael J. Wise.
