After a few weeks' wear it will/ assume the proper bronze shade./ The Star with swivel for the wider official ribbon will be/ furnished on requisition./ The ribbon on official badges, as well as for past officers,/ must conform to that prescribed on page 33, R. and R./ J. M. VANDERSLICE,/ Adjutant-General."
