NotesGeorge Henry Jerome (1839-1930) is the son of George Drisdale Jerome (1816-1893) and Hannah Darrow (1810-1895). He married Eliza Holt Starr (1839-1923) in 1862. Eliza is the daughter of Charles H. Starr and Louisa (Rogers) Starr.

They had four children: Idell A. Jerome (1865-1953), Charles Albert Jerome (1867-1951), Franklin Starr Jerome (1870-1948), and Louis H. Jerome (1878-1918).
