DescriptionSmall girl's red dress with a yoke effect created by smocking stitched in white thread. The dress has a white Peter Pan collar edged with a narrow, machine-made lace and short, puffed sleeves gathered on a strip of elastic around the opening. White lace edges the ruffled sleeve openings. The center back opening extends four inches and fastens with two white plastic buttons. The dress has no defined waistline. The hem has been let down 2 1/2 inches, as indicated by the faded line of the original hem.
