DescriptionRed twill button fly-front trousers with belt loops. Along each side seam is a broad band of navy twill, one side of which is deocrated with suede fringe. Blue twill bands and suede fringe are also sewn near the bottom hem of each leg. Toward the bottom of the band on the sides and along the front of each leg are sewn colored beads in a vine-like design; some of the beads are missing and one band has been sewn by hand. The legs have been folded into a gusset toward the bottom hem. Patch pocket on the seat. Sewn with yellow-colored thread. Probably worn by either Walter or Mary Huntington. Possibly homemade. Very stained at the knees.
