DescriptionBlue silk ribbon attached at the top to an ornate bar with a pin back and the word Connecticut imprinted on the front. Below the bar hangs a round device deorated with the profile of a man (George Washington?). Below the ribbon and is a carved and painted wooden nutmeg symbol of "Connecticut, the Nutmeg State).
