DescriptionWhite kid leather pumps, with oval toe and knock-on, Louis-style heel. The shoes are plain, without ornamentation. The quarters are lined with white leather, the vamp with plain-woven ecru cotton; the sock lining is ecru leather. The throatline, which is narrow and rounded, is bound with ecru silk tape. The soles are straight, with a narrow waist. The top piece of the heel is prominent, being made of dark leather; it is nailed on.
