Description.1 metal belt buckle with brass finish, with raised image of the Connecticut State Capitol on the left and "Celebrate / Connecticut / 350 / Years / 1985-1986" to the right. On the verso iin raised letters are "William A. O'Neill / 84th Governor / State of Connecticut" and the number 000097.

.2 White plastic fob ona metal ring to be used as a key chain. Image on one side of an outline of the state with red, yellow, blue and white balloons filling the interior and a few escaping out the top and the words "Connecticut 350" / A State of / Celebration!"
