DescriptionBrass-colored lapel pin with a pinch back over a pin to secure the item to cloth. Still in original package stating "Made in Taiwan". Rowland is in blue ink above an elongated arrow half in red and half in blue with "24 Club" in whate at the tip of the arrow, "Governor in red below and "Victory 1994" in white below that. Rowland was first elected Governor in 1994, the youngest governor in Connecticut history at the age of 37.
