DescriptionNine women in various stages of undress sit, stand, or kneel in or around a pond surrounded by trees. Two women appear to be wearing shifts or undergarments. Others appear to be wearing classical drapery. The women at the far right wear dresses. One woman kneels to remove a stocking. One woman is seated on a moss-covered rock. One woman appears to be swimming in the water. Flowers and grass grow in the left foreground.
