DescriptionA man with a beard and mustache stand beside a desk on a raised platform. A swivel chair is behind the desk. Framed prints, most of them engraved portraits, are on the wall behind him. The lower part of the wall has vertical-paneled wainscoting. A blackboard and a cabinet that appears to have rolled maps or charts in it are on the upper part of the wall.
