DescriptionScreen print of downtown Hartford, Connecticut, with the proposed PlazaWest buildings pictured at their proposed location, bounded by Ann (Ann Uccello), Pearl, Allyn and High Streets. The four proposed buildings are blocky and have pyramidal roofs, and three of them have spires atop the roofs. Circles are used over the entrances and below the roofline. In the background on the left is City Place, and on the right is the Parkview Hilton.
