DescriptionThree-story industrial building with a flagpole and a cupola containing a bell. The upper story is a clerestory. A sign reads: "Holley M'F'G Co." Smaller frame buildings at left and right are painted in the same contrasting colors as the main building. A woman and five men stand near the door in the left building. Some men wear aprons. Two men stand on a pushcart leaning against the wall. A lamp is by the door. A small brick building is at the far left. The buildings are reflected in a mill pond. A dirt road crosses the stone dam. Machinery, presumably for regulating the water level, is visible.
