DescriptionLarge frame hotel building with enclosed porches with screens at the windows. Window boxes contain flowering plants. Ornamental shrubs, some of them neatly trimmed, are planted near the foundation. A walkway covered with a canopy leads from the sidewalk to the entrance. Low fences border the grassy lawn. A hanging sign reads: "Pease / House." Adirondack chairs are beneath a large maple tree in the foreground.
