DescriptionStorefront in a brick commercial building. The letters spelling out the name of the business appear to have been cast in low relief and mounted on wire mesh. A striped awning is beneath this sign. "Edward Mahl" and "270" are stenciled on the glass of a window and door. Plumbing fixtures, including a sink, pipes and water tanks or heaters, are in the left shop window beneath a framed print of a birds-eye view. Lighting fixtures and a mirror are in the right shop window. A hatchway in the sidewalk appears to lead to a basement.
