DescriptionThree-story brick residential building with louvered shutters and a small wooden porch with a high stoop. The corner of the first and second stories has collapsed in a pile of rubble, exposing beams and part of the interior. The sidewalk is blocked by boards resting on barrels. A wheelbarrow is at the left.
