DescriptionMen with wheelbarrows appear to be preparing to pour a sidewalk on the left side of a dirt road between two rows of recently constructed houses. Utility poles and a sidewalk are on the right side of the road. A motorcycle is parked by one of the poles and a barrel is on the sidewalk. A vertical-boarded wooden shed is at the far left. A sign over the door reads: "Superintendent's Office." A second, illegible sign is to the right. Piles of dirt and crushed stone are in the foreground.
