NotesSubject Note: The King George appeared in Baltimore in 1927 to celebrate the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad's centennial. When the Flying Scotsman visited Hartford in 1969, an article in the Hartford Courant recalled this earlier visit. Richard Welling's drawings accompanied this article.
