DescriptionChild's drawers or diaper cover of plain white cotton. The legs are short and widely splayed. The leg openings are decorated with five narrow tucks above the one-inch hem. The drawers are gathered into the waistband, which fastens over a placket opening on each side of the legs. There are six buttonholes on the waistband, but no buttons. It would have buttoned to the bottom of the child's shirt.
