DescriptionDrawing of the Connecticut Courant/Hartford Courant building, located at 64 State Street in downtown Hartford, Connecticut. The multi-story brick building features arched windows on the upper stories, awnings over the ground- and second-floor windows, and an arched entryway. The dates 1784 and 1880, and the name of the building's original occupant, Connecticut Courant, are inscribed above the second story. "Hartford Courant" is inscribed over the doorway.
