Accession number is inscribed in pencil.NotesHistorical Note: The Insurance City Open was changed to the Greater Hartford Open in 1967. The tournament was played at the Wethersfield Country Club, until 1983, when it was moved to the TPC of Connecticut, now known as the TPC at River Highlands.Subject Note: Gardner Dickinson was a founder of the Senior PGA Tour and prolific Ryder Cup player. He won seven times on the PGA tour; his last victory was over Jack Nicklaus in a sudden-death playoff at the 1971 Atlanta Classic. He died in Tequesta, Florida on 19 April 1998 after a long illness. He was 70 years old.
