DescriptionDrawing of the Shaw Mansion in New London, Connecticut, from the front. The two-story Colonial houses the New London County Historical Society, for which there is a sign over the front porch. In front of the building are a decorative gate, a low brick wall, and the sidewalk. A large, leafy tree is frames the top and right sides of the drawing, and other trees and bushes are shown around and behind the house.
