Foster, for 38 years a clothing merchant on Asylum Street, pictured with his span of horses on the grounds of his residence at Prospect Avenue and Fern Street in 1903. On the site of this picture are the large residential apartments. Mr. Foster was in business at 44-45 Asylum Street from 1884 until his death in 1922."NotesSubject Note: Arthur L.
