DescriptionWoman's short petticoat of white cotton, fitted smoothly across the front and sides. The center back is open for nine inches and closes with a short drawstring at the waist. Darts fit the petticoat around the front and hips. A five-inch-deep ruffle decorated with six narrow tucks edges the bottom.
