DescriptionTwo older women, a young woman and two girls stand beside a rail fence beneath two large trees, apparently elms. The two-story house appears to be an 18th- or early 19th-century structure with an addition at the back and a porch added to the side. A barn is visible at the left, behind what appear to be hemlock trees.
