DescriptionLooking northwest toward Ann Street from No. 13 Chapel Street, Hartford. Snow is covering the street for horse and sleigh travel while the sidewalks are clear. There is a sleigh barely discernable at the far end of the street. Several barrels are placed at intervals along the sidewalk. A street light hangs prominently over the street.
