DescriptionWork on Laurel Hill Bridge over the Shetucket River in Norwich. The bridge was constructed in the 1870s. Looking South from Shetucket Street. Workmen on all different levels of the bridge. Boys sitting on piles of lumber looking on. Bridge blocked off and danger signs posted.
