DescriptionViews of the front, back, sides, garden and yard of a gambrel-roofed, center-chimeny frame house. The house has dormer windows, an ell, and what appears to be a screened-in porch on the back. Flagstone steps lead to a small garden. In one photograph, a man and woman are standing on the grassy lawn looking at the garden in which roses are in bloom. In one photograph there is snow on the ground. Several photographs include young trees.

It was moved to Groton Long Point by Dr. and Mrs. Howard Bulkeley Haylett in 1937. Mrs. Haylett sold the house in 1971.
