DescriptionDrawing of a piece of construction equipment used for hoisting. The device was used on the Civic Center in downtown Hartford, and consists of ropes, pulleys, and I-beams, surrounded by four pillars. There are men in the background loading materials on to a pallet suspended from a hook.
