DescriptionRoger Williams Cheney stands at the end of a rustic wooden bridge in the woods. The bridge crosses over Phelps Brook in Keene Valley, New York. Roger wears a Tyrollean, or Austrian, costume, consisting of a long-sleeved shirt and lederhosen. He also wears a hat, tie, and tall socks. In his hands he holds what appears to be a small bucket.
