DescriptionMen, women, boys, and girls are seated near the top of a grassy hill. A small boy in the front is wearing a military uniform. Most other people wear caps or hats, some hold umbrellas which they are using as parasols. Some people hold toy balloons. They appear to be spectators at an event, possibly a parade.
