DescriptionA view of the construction site for the new Rossia Insurance Company building at 1565 Broad Street on the corner of Farmington Avenue in Hartford. The Theological Institute of Connecticut building is visible in the background. A construction company shed is visible at the front of the construction site with the following painted on it: "Chas. B. Andrus & Son Hartford Conn. General Building Contractors," Trolley tracks are visible on the north side of Farmington Avenue, and six men are engaged in working on these tracks.
