DescriptionThree men, three women, and two small girls are standing or sitting on or adjacent to a large rock formation on a beach. Two of the men and one of the women wear bathing suits, while the others are in street clothes. Water, probably part of Long Island Sound, is visible in the background, and a metal pail is in the sand to the left.

NotesSubject Note: David F. Armstrong is the man at the left of the group. The group probably also includes his wife Helen and daughter Muriel. The Armstrongs lived in Groton, Connecticut, and the photograph was probably taken in that vicinty. (Finlay 1/22/2014)
