DescriptionWoman's drawers of white linen. The drawers are gathered into the 1 1/4-inch-wide waistband, which fastens on the left side with a single mother of pearl button. The legs are splayed. They are decorated with five rows of narrow tucks flanking an inserted band of gathered linen or cotton of a finer weight than the drawers. The legs end with a 2 3/4-inch-wide edging of whitework eyelet embroidery with a design of flowers on a dotted background, over the chevron edge.
