NotesSubject Note: Johnson Memorial Hospital, located on Route 190 in Stafford Springs, Connecticut, was designed in 1970 by the architectural firm Frid, Ferguson, Mahaffey & Perry. The facility changed its name to Johnson Memorial Medical Center following a major reorganization in 2010.
