DescriptionWoman's white cotton drawers. The legs consist mostly of a 9 1/2 inch long ruffle made up of a gathered row of self-fabric, a row of machine-made lace insertion, a row of self-fabric with two narrow tucks, and an edging of lace. The legs are flat in front and extend to the waist, where they are fitted by darts; there is no waistband in front. The drawers are gathered in the back and stitched down to a narrow band of lining; again there is no waistband. Both sides are open for about seven inches. They fasten with a single bone button over each hip.
