DescriptionWoman's skirt of black and white printed striped cotton. The gored skirt is embellished with a 3 1/2-inch-wide self-fabric ruffle around the bottom. A 1 5/8-inch-wide self-fabric belt encircles the waist; it fastens with a hook and eye at the pointed end which covers the skirt's waistband opening at the center back. The skirt opening extends 9 1/2 inches and fastens with hooks and eyes on the waistband. The plain, white cotton lining of the skirt is incorporated into the skirt's structure at the waistband and hangs separate from the fashion fabric.
