She was born in October 1883. Janet's brother William J. Hamersley (Bill Hamersley) was born in 1887 and died of influenza in 1918. He was married to Emily Brace Collins for two years before he died and the couple had one child, Jane Hamersley Wright. (Ruocco, 03/31/12)
