DescriptionWoman's kid leather slippers, originally bright yellow, with a very pointed toe and a low Louis heel. The tatters of a yellow silk rosette with a small brass ornament wired in the center remains on one of the shoes. Puncture marks on the other shoe reveal that it also once had this ornament. The slipper has a deep, oval-shaped throatline. The heel is covered in matching leather. The slippers are lined with plain-woven linen. The side seams are covered on the inside with strips of pale blue kid leather. The slipper soles are straight.
